Layered Mojo Breakfast with Fresh Figs


4 Tbs Natural Yoghurt

1 Tsp Maple Syrup

3 Tbs of Three Tablespoons Mojo Muesli

1 fresh Fig – sliced

1 tbs toasted flaked coconut


Mix Maple Syrup into yoghurt, then place two tablespoons into the bottom of a glass. Sprinkle half the Mojo Muesli on top of the yoghurt. Repeat this process. Top with sliced figs and then sprinkle toasted flaked coconut on top.


Vegan Gluten Free Mojo Raw Balls

2 cups Belle's Gluten Free Mojo Muesli
8 pitted Medjool dates  (soaked in warm water for 20 mins)
1 Tsp maple syrup
1 Tbs Coconut oil

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until
everything is in smaller pieces (not for too long).
Using an ice cream scoop, or a teaspoon, measure out
consistent-sized amounts and roll into balls.
Refrigerate for an hour before demolishing!
(Makes about 15 balls).
